New site for businesses

BUSINESSES are being sought to acquire new commercial space Quebec Park in Bordon.

The former military barracks, which is being redeveloped by Eastleigh-based Radian Homes, will include 8,398 square feet of refurbished commercial space in two former Army blocks, creating a central community hub at Barracks Square.

Christopher Bartlett, head of partnership and projects for Radian, said: “Quebec Park is one of the initial phases of an exciting regeneration of Whitehill and Bordon following the withdrawal of the former Royal Engineers barracks from the area.

“For local business owners considering new commercial premises, Quebec Park will be a great location from which to trade. The continuously expanding local community will be a source of potential employees for companies looking to invest and expand into the area or for new businesses looking for office space to launch their business.

“Alternatively, for firms with a larger size requirement, the space can be made available on a floor-by-floor basis and, subject to lease terms, the entire building can be made available to a single occupier.”

Radian is now looking for businesses to occupy the space, which will be ready later this year.
